b. Place of Originated in Zigong City and popularized in Chengdu. Dan Dan noodles are made of refined wheat flour, sesame sauce, chopped green onion, chopped peanuts and braised pork. It is one of the top ten noodles in China.
c.Chewy thin noodles that are fresh and fragrant with a slight spice. It originates from street food owners that were draped on both ends of the pole, so it was called “Dan Dan noodle”.
